How to request deletion. Fill in the form below with your account's email address — you'll get a confirmation code by email, and the account is deleted as soon as you enter it, with no waiting. No longer have access to that email? Write to us at office@eurotaxe.ro.

What gets deleted. Your user account (name, email, phone), the link to your vehicle (for drivers), and all active login codes. If you are the company owner, the company is deactivated — no one can log into its account any more.

What is retained, and why. Uploaded financial documents (invoices, receipts, road tolls) and VAT/excise duty refund claims remain on record, with no visible link to your deleted account, because Romanian tax and accounting law (Accounting Law no. 82/1991) requires supporting documents to be archived for a minimum of 10 years. They are kept solely for legal compliance, for no other purpose.

Partial deletion. You can also request deletion of specific documents/imports without deleting your entire account, by writing to us at office@eurotaxe.ro.
