How we use it. Exclusively for managing the account and VAT/excise duty refund claims, including automatic document reading with an AI service to extract the relevant financial data.

Storage. Uploaded documents are stored privately, accessible only to your account and the eurotaxe team handling the claim.

Your rights. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to us at the contact page.

Account deletion. You can delete your own account at any time, directly from the platform, without waiting for the eurotaxe team. Details on what gets deleted and what is retained for legal reasons are available on the account deletion page.
