The eurotaxe Mobile App
Drivers scan receipts straight from the cab. Documents reach the company account automatically, read by AI — no lost paper, no hassle.
How it works — for the transport company
As an administrator, you add vehicles and drivers from the company panel. Each driver gets their own account to log in to the mobile app.
Add the vehicle to your fleet
From the company panel, in the Vehicles section, add each truck or van — plate number, make, model.
Create the driver account
On each vehicle there's an "Add driver" button. Enter the driver's name, email and phone — the account is created automatically with a password you send them.
The driver scans from the app
The driver logs into the eurotaxe app with the email and password they received, photographs the fuel receipt or toll invoice, and the document is sent automatically.
You confirm from the panel
Documents scanned by drivers appear in the Import section of the company account. You review them, group them by claim and confirm — just like imports on the site.
How it works — for the driver
The driver has no access to the company admin panel. They only see what's needed: the camera, the list of sent documents and their status.
Log in with the account received
The company admin creates the driver account and sends them the email and password. The driver opens the eurotaxe app and logs in.
Photograph the receipt
Right after refuelling or paying a road toll, open the app, tap the scan button and photograph the receipt — in a few seconds.
AI reads it automatically
Issuer, country, amount, VAT — everything is extracted automatically from the photo, just like uploading documents on the site. No one types data by hand.
Done — the document is in the company account
The document appears instantly in the company account on eurotaxe.ro, linked to the driver's vehicle. The company admin sees it and attaches it to the right claim.
